    During the first year of the warranty period, if your Zototech.ai device experiences any manufacturing defects or malfunctions, we offer a hassle-free replacement at no additional cost to you. This ensures that you enjoy a seamless experience with our products right from the start.

    Second-Year Coverage: Replacement with Nominal Fee

    In the second year of the warranty period, we continue to stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. If your Zototech.ai device encounters any issues, we provide a replacement option with a nominal fee of INR 500 per faulty device. This fee covers replacement, shipping, and installation charges.

    Warranty Exclusions:

    Please note that our warranty does not cover:

    Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
    Normal wear and tear.
    Devices not used in accordance with the provided instructions.

    Exclusion Addition: Burn Cases Not Covered in Warranty:

    ​We would like to inform our customers that instances of damage due to burning are not covered under our warranty policy.
